On this day our chocolate journey brings us to our first blog posting! History in the making.
In the Go To Chocolate kitchen we are busily crafting several varieties of our fabulous chocolates for the tasting adventure of those brave souls who will attend Death by Chocolate. The notorious event takes place this Saturday, February 23, 2008, at the non-profit food and wine museum, COPIA, http://www.copia.org/, in Napa, CA.
If you haven't already tried our best sellers we will have them ready for you to taste. We will also have a sampling of our Spring Collection. The fabulously popular Go To Chocolate Bar will appear in it's mini form as the Go To Chocolate Bite. This is an excellent opportunity to get acquainted with my chocolates and...me...the Go To Chocolate Guy himself, Michael Hohenthal
